Use of Images

All Content displayed on the Site is protected by copyright and are for private and personal use only. They are not to be reproduced, sold, lent, scanned, auctioned or used for any purpose other than specified herein without the express permission of JerseyClubbers.com (Vision Software). Failure to abide by these conditions will result in prosecution.

Material presented on this site (unless otherwise specified) can be accessed and downloaded for personal entertainment use only. No part of this site can be transferred to any medium other it's original, downloaded, computer files. This includes making tapes of audio files contained in this site, photographing, printing, videotaping or otherwise copying or distributing downloaded files, the public performance of, printing, file sharing, or publishing photos, or any other reproduction of any part of this site not specified in this agreement.

Items lost in transit/delays

JerseyClubbers.com will be fully responsible for all deliveries to you (the customer) but cannot be held responsible for delays due to late deliveries by others i.e. ISP/ MailServers, Postal Service etc. Standard delivery is usually within 3 days for digital delivery or 5 - 7 days for printed orders, unless an order is bigger than 10 items which may require an additional day or otherwise stated.

Payment

You can pay with a number of credit cards via our payments provider PayPal. Paypal is secure and a user friendly payment system, you do not need a Paypal account to purchase your photographs, but having an account is recommended.

Security and privacy.
We do not disclose buyers’ information to any other party.

Procedure for complaints
JerseyClubbers.com hopes you are happy with your photographs or service we have provided, however if you are unhappy please do not hesitate to contact us through our Contact Form or by emailing us on customerservice@jerseyclubbers.com . We will endeavour to respond to any enquiries within 48 hours.
We will use every possible effort to resolve mistakes/errors made and most importantly our aim is to provide you with a good service, we take all complaints very seriously and use every effort to maintain your custom.
